11th in my I DO Know Jack! series. The term "gutshot" is modern slang for hitting on an Inside Straight. Thus, in this case, the "jack" fits in nicely to make a Straight.

This is the first painting in a new series called "I DO Know Jack!" All will include a "jack" as well as additional elements that create, at times, a not so subtle tongue-in-cheek image. Sky Jack is the winner of Best in Show at the "Art in the Museum Show" at the Royal Oak Historical Museum, October 2014.
